Gary Neville’s St Michael’s Scheme

Salboy, in collaboration with Gary Neville's Relentless Developments, is also advancing the St Michael’s project. This £400 million development, unfolding in two phases, will feature office spaces, a hotel, and luxury apartments. The first phase, No 1 St Michael’s, will offer nine floors of office space and a rooftop restaurant by Chotto Matte. The second phase will introduce a 41-story tower housing a five-star W Hotel, 217 residences, and 75,000 sq ft of additional office space.
